Technical overview

The courses delivered by Sage and You are entirely web-based and leverage the advanced features of current browsers on relatively common computer hardware. Our courses are delivered via one of two formats – an Articulate powered presentation or a Webshow.

Each of these formats will display a three-part screen with the main area containing synchronized flash graphics supporting the speaker. A course in the Articulate format combines audio with these graphics, whereas a course in the Webshow format uses advanced technology to combine streaming video and audio of the “teacher” with the graphics. If you are viewing a Webshow course and you do not see a simultaneous display of this multimedia, an adjustment needs to be made to your computer or a plug-in may need to be upgraded. Please review the Technical Requirements below or click here to review the steps to follow when encountering technical difficulty.
